Our mission is to actively promote and work towards a unified, professional credit union system in the Province of Ontario through education, community and fellowship. We work towards this goal by providing educational conferences and seminars, which include system updates, the opportunity for members to meet and network with industry leaders, product & service vendors and to dialogue on common industry issues.
Our business environment and traditional infrastructures are in the midst of substantial change. We believe CUMA 's role as a networking and communication vehicle for credit union managers will be even more important as we move through these changes. We suggest that you consider the possibility that others in your organization may also benefit from C.U.M.A. membership. These benefits include, lower conference fees for members compared with non-members, the opportunity to make valuable and lasting business acquaintances and the right to voice an opinion and vote on association matters, which arise from time to time.
